If you are passionate about the environment, this is the job for you!
Joining a winning team at a company that’s growing quickly means room for upward advancement. We’re proud to say we already have a couple of veterans on our team. Thank you for your service!
The Outreach Associate position is best suited for outgoing individuals, who want to join the rapidly growing renewable energy industry and become part of New York’s initiative to make the transition to clean, sustainable power generation. Though experience in the industry or canvassing is preferred, it is not a requirement. We provide continual training to make sure all of our team members have the best potential for success.
Harmony is not your typical corporate atmosphere. We believe when our team members are given the freedom to pick their schedule and the tools to succeed, they will have greater passion for what they do. No more M-F 9-5 grind! Choose the days that work for you! We also enjoy company events and outings as well as other team building exercises and community events. We hope you do too! Your income is capped only by you – you’re compensated for your time, and we have an aggressive commission structure to reward results, and often toss in bonuses to keep the competition exciting!
Before applying, Harmony Energy would like you to know that not only are our practices at, or beyond CDC compliance – we have an internal cultural commitment and understanding that performance in this industry is accomplished in the field. In this unprecedented time, people have needed to become adaptive to an ever changing situation. We believe this adaptation applies to the work place as well. That adaptation is focusing on performance and efficiency – making the most of your workday in an environment that’s safe.
