The Project Coordinator is directly responsible for supporting the work of the Project Manager, inter alia, managing the entry of new projects, closeouts of projects, working with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for inspections, with utility companies for permission to operate (PTO) requests and ensuring the sign-off of various permits. The individual will oversee a portfolio of services related to each project, and is responsible for following up with AHJ’s, utility companies, contractors, and Sologistics team members to ensure service deadlines are being met. The individual is required to have excellent communications skills and have the ability to take initiative and complete jobs under required timelines in a remote working environment.
